Dowling's Processing has been a trusted meat processor for over 25 years! We are a family owned and operated business and take pride in knowing each and every customer that walks through our doors. Dowling's has been strictly a wild game processing plant since it was established. At the beginning of 2022, we became a licensed custom exempt plant which means we can now process domestic livestock and animals as well. We saw an opportunity to better serve our community and fellow farmers to add this service to our business. We know it can be a struggle for both the farmer as well as the consumer and we are willing to do anything we can to help both sides. Not only do we offer processing, but we have expanded in to the custom meats and foods. We are now selling items such as our famous smoked sausage, pan sausage, ribeye's, smoked bacon, dips, and many more items. We have these items and more in our store on Highway 80, as well as Magnolia corner in Simsboro, and both Sterling Spirit Locations (Haughton, La. and Bossier City, La.)
